well well after a great year i finally made it back to my own blog. Nearing christmas rather excited, yup yesterday was a great day ,very happy with myself. Firstly i must say that i am really grateful to the organisors whoever they are, of the Christmas party at the Chesire Home. Yesterday was one of the few day this year that i truly thought i had spend to the fullest.

Idunno how to continue already ...maybe its because i had lost touch in writing on the blog .
Okay yesterday started out like this... I went to the bus stop opposite the school to meet YingYi , I felt that it is really wasted that he and Shu Lian couldn't make it to the event. He gave me his photo frames then i go to meet the others then we headed to the chesire home.

Ai ya though i like to tell story but i guess i just leave the details later , basically we r there to be suppose to be volunteers to sort of make the residents there more happy. We had to sing carol songs , i felt t hat was fun , other volunteers were singing at the top of their voices , the songs were joined with the singings of the very special residents that live in the little cozy home then is situated at a little corner of seragoon gardens.I thought the place was a bit too wu lu but never mind i thought it had brilliant facilities sort of like a chalet.

the residents there were mostly very cheerful a highly positive group of people that i had ever seen, many were wheel chair strickened. I was very shy and unconforable at first you know those type of feelings when you are doing things for the first time of doing something you are unsure of..but later soon enought after a bit of adapting i was bellowing on top of my voice but not too loud as ocos i dunno how to sing too well and some songs like the oldies for example , i catch no ball...

we played several games like hangman and nope no one was hang there of course ..lame lah...
i was impressed with how fast they were able to guess the answers and the amazingly long phrases , they were so amazing that i thought they might be having psychic powers ... you know of stories of how people when having certain disabilities are often blessed by having other senses sharper or having special abilities... haha sorrie side track le...too focus on my comic book le

If i not wrong after the games it is the makan time , we had to bring the residents to their common lunch place , many of them insisted they could handle on their own rather then we helping them to push to birng them to their destinations... this reminded me of how I was often approached by my friends ,how i thought they needed my help adn how i often wrongly thought then i could solve others problems and make their lives betta, but i was wrong ...
what they need mi to do was to be a listening ear not taking their problems away from them.

Several of my friends like Zijia and Faith had the golden opportunities to feed some of the resdient who lost the ability to control their usage of their hands, I was only looking ,so i can only comment in the perspective of an onlooker... i am sure however that they felt really different...

After that after the nice lunch i save quite alot of money eating that buffet...
we went back watch the band performance from the Anderson Sec band... thats was so cool, reminded mi that i would be going to ny 's band performance aso ,looking forward to that....
played more games the whole room i not sure whether that was a function room or games room alot of board games there , we teamed up with each of the residents me and Mervy and two others. We fixed and arranged puzzles.then we gave gifts which were christmas hats from watsons, blue and red and inside contained phot frames that which the aep pple had done over the week... i did at vanessa's home wif yy zijia and mervy, i bet i wouldn't have the motivation and the patience to finish it(my photo frames rox) whoever got them may all ur wishes adn dreams come true then twe all took photos with our new friends we made therer over a littl 4 to 5 hours if i m not wrong and yup ,we all had a good time all rite i admit i had a great time ...yeah have a great day whoever happen to stumble upon this blog...

Last day of school with 05A3B

today We all went to school as usual then the pple int the assembly started to ask us to go to the hall, actually its because of the J2s are having their block test so the tutors probably went to invigilate the J2s, so after the AEP pple went to submit theri comic drawings ,we went up to hall to watch a movie called Super Sized me!Its about some dude who went on a stupid quest to eat all Mcdonalds meals for all meals 3 times per day... so crazy ... the dude actually have to complete that for thirty days....he from veri healthy then he ate fast food till veri sick and became veri depressed remind mi of the vultures , whicvh diets r only meat , thats y they look so dead.. So after that movie we dun wanna go Mcdonalds any more ... i doubt so.... cos their adverisements have so much impact on the pple in Us , and they have a greater portion then in Singapore called the super sized portions . We had a quick breakfast i shopuld call it, then we went up to the hall again to watch yet another movie called Remeber the Titans , its a racist movie about how the blacks in US were discriminated then this black coach came along to help to improve and bring the Titans , an American football team. Then with the combined effort and support of the original team coach a white and their daughters they managed to bring the team of different races together through the tough trainings and common experiences ...The team have to faced their families members their girlfriend and even the public that look down on them. The 2 coaches made their teams member despite of their races into 1 , they learnt alot of things coaches both improve and change their teaching methods.....Tis reminded mi of my experience in dragonboating haiz

so later after the movies we went to Cineleisure to eat at SUbway restaurant and i finally understood y Subway became a multi million dollar business ... so later we went to Heeren to distract Yean Yang by the way it is his birthday so we later went to the youth park to go and celebrate his birthdae , we took lots of pictures there by the way and so thats that the veri last day of our ct outing and i just hope that we wouldn't end our friendship just like that..

The Last 05A3B outing

Todae was the last outing for us , the people of 05A3B since they or we cancelled the zoo outing. We went out quite early to meet at Tenah Merah station to go to Kar Wai's house and have our potluck , i brought otah and longan. When i reach the MRT station, Han Ip , Wei Han and Xin Xian had already reached the station then later many others also came and some of us went to take bus to Kar Wai's house first so we took the things alot ...

Then after that a lot of other people came i think the whole class came except Thulasi, we bought our own food and started to share. Yesterday Chee How, Edmund went to Lionel 's house, they baked a veri lousy cake ( the cake tasted to salty) this is why ..... becos they mistook the salt for sugar and they keep adding alot of salt to the cake........( to be continued)

Sunday Stress already?

COool, the March holidays are here !

Wow! So fast Sunday liao, the whole week full liao, Monday go art , so i think half the day gone liao , Tuesday go the Pre -U seminar thingy, Wednesday go the pot luck , Thursday go the zoo, Friday still the pre u seminar thingy

But I have so many things to do, like maintaining the portfolio , improving my skills for maths , must complete all the maths tutorial again , econs mindmap?
It has been a long time I did my last mind map, super memory ?speed reading?

haiz still got research for the Pre U seminar stuff, making gifts for people of 05A3B still dunno wat to give them yet. I think must give them liao especially Kexin and whoever that gave us sweets, I think I had taken enough gifts and presents so its time for mi to give back if not i feel veri pai seh!Maybe give notes ba! So strange but i quite glad that Kexin knew that i wasn't serious when i was saying that i joined AEP becos of the prize and money, i at first thought it was for the glamour and fame but then i realised i got sick and tired of the WOW and WOAH! todae was quite normal , went to assembly as usual then go tutorials ,Mr Kong not her today so we all have 1h and 3o minutes of free period then Shu Lian and Priscillia brought their friends over for tutorial lesson then during Mr Peter Soh's lesson he still got do self intro to Shu Lian's friend so lame rite?

then during art lesson or we stay back 1 lah to do the painting , the last year J2s came back to get their A levels results and very stress all the AEP pple got A for their Art so good still got pple get distinction for S paper so good....

and my new goal this time to score 4As for A levels ......a bit long rite? but i starting to prepare liao.....

Thursday going to crash ACJC!

Yesterday we( Yean Yang, Priscillia, Shu Lian, Cassandra and mi went to ACJC to crash and as wat the principal told us to try and understand about their culture and study environment ,but when we reach there the sercurity guard stopped us from going in and say we r only allowed if we have a pass, of course we dun have.... Kuen Ho could go in the school cos he have the badge..it seems the school very old and i not going there for sure

Shu Lian and Cassandra damn pro they just walk rite in to the school without the sercurity knowing , smart rite?

Then we all went to IKEA to have our very late lunch, i had chicken brani while Yean Yang ate 15 meat balls , i heard the meat ball damn nice but i never try....
then in the end we still bought hotdog bun to eat , veri nice but i also become very full...haha they all sae i must eat more wat....

yesterday was indeed the day that changes my life, ok somehow i got 11 points for my O levels results, well it was kind of relieved and i kind of felt regret also. I will have to remember this for my whole life. Although I m quite glad that i got 11 ,yeah english was so unexpected ok chinese also,there was so much more i can do, remember my goal was not 11 it was 6 pointers straight As, which meant i was supposed to go on the stage cos i could have gotten 9 As, but it was only later i knew why ... i knew why i had not gotten the results i wanted... it wasn't a must for mi to ......i could still get over with not getting the results.... it was rather a wish to get it not a absolute must to get it.....thats why i failed......

as Mr lawrence the dragon boat teacher in charge said in life there will be two kinds of pain, 1 is the pain u get during training during studying ,the pain of persistence,enduring the pain of that is good ......another pain in life is the pain of regret....the difference is that u can do something about the pain of trainings but u can NEVER do anything about the pain of regret.....

Anyway we( Sam, Shao Heng, Alvin ) all went to Junction 8 to like sort of celebrate for all getting quite satisfactory results, we met a lot of people there and i was kind of very happy to see some more familiar faces, we had dinner at some Thai restuarant . It was very expensive 1 dish cost about $7.90, and i bought myself a Superman comic book .... haha! Then we went to walk around Junction 8, i saw Docus Koo from 6D, i got news that my old great buddy Choon Yew got the same results as me, his L1R5 was also 11 cool!

=top the school.......after not acheiving wat i originally planned i kind of feel very angry and regret so i must top the school in 2005 this year as in get As in all my subjects promotion test

=prove to all that i can get full marks for maths for the promos

=be top 10 in running the macritchie reservoir run (cross country) during February 2006

=save enough money to go seminars and buy self improvement book

=write a book (best seller) and publish it on my birthday

=start a business by end of this year

25th Febuary 2005 Ct outing + Edmund's birthdae celebration

today we went to school as usual but we all have no tutorials as in that all the tutors gave in to us to let us play games during their tuorial lessons. We played the Pyramid Game based on the tv series back years ago during the GP lesson, Mr Kong let us come up with seven veri chim words to let other group guess the words, our group got a lot of smart and English veri good people like Lionel loh, to such extent that he was banned after two rounds.We won of course cause the group got me to give them moral support.

The next lesson was Maths , Ms Teng played the calculator game with us then she have to choose to do a dare to kiss Yean Yang, but she damn smart to come up with the idea of kissing a paper with Yean Yang's name on it.Then Yean YAng has to bark like a dog , Emily have to call Zhi Yang to say mushy things and Han Ip has to call to say she s horny.Lucky never dio me! HA!

Econs lesson most sianz, Mr Peter Soh gave as a quiz and we divided into 2 groups , 1 called yean and the other called yang, in the end the girls won loh , cos the got study wat.....

then later that day we all went to Plaza Singapura to watch a movie called "Howl's moving castle", it was quire nice , in Japanese but got english and chinese subtitle so we all could understand, it was about some girl got curse by some witch and turn to an old ugly lady, she left her home and went to the moving castle to work as a housekeeper haha.... and i dun wan to continue liao,but any way the story shows that ultimately its not hte looks of the person that matters but the inner beauty of the main character that helps Howl got back his heart and i also learnt that no matter how powerfull u r , we all need to live wif our heart and focus our heart and soul in watever we do......

Then later after the movie Chee How and Lionel went to the upper floors to go and buy cake and present for Edmund , we the rest of the gang( priscillia, cassandra, kuenho, xin xian, kexin and yean yang go distract Edmund by bringing him to carrefour to shop and walk walk, then we clash onto chee how and lionel who were supposed to " go back to school for the newest CCA", then later we go the Car re 4 and found a lot of stuffs. Then we all went to Pastamania to eat so called dinner .Then i hav to lead Edmund away to the toilet then, the guys that supposed to go cca came to prepare, then u can imagine Edmund's surprise when he came back.... we sang happy birthday to him and took a lot of photos and after that we ordered food then later we had illegal gathering at outside of Plaza Singapura to eat Edmund's cake ..........and we took alot of photos the cake damn nice from breadtalk 1
